Clubhouse, Pool, & Soccer Field Reservations

If you are wanting to use the clubhouse, pool, or soccer field, then please contact me at mckaybm@gmail.com to get it on the calendar. Also, if you are using the clubhouse, then you’ll need to contact Bridgette Lane from the HOA pool board to make sure everything is unlocked for you. She can be contacted by email at blingerlane@cox.net.

Bella Terra Family 5K Walk/Run – Saturday, May 6th

Greetings BT Neighbors! More info will be posted about this event but wanted to get the initial info out there for awareness. There is a t-shirt which would be purchased individually as desired (more info to follow), otherwise this is no cost event. No streets will be closed but may be temporarily congested with runners and walkers who are participating. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding!

Fall Festival & HOA Elections Today 2-4PM


It’s finally here! The Annual Bella Terra Fall Festival is Saturday, Nov 5th and we are so excited for all the fun we have planned this year! So bring the family down to the playground area from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We will have inflatables, pony rides, face painting, games and so much more! We do ask that if your last name starts with A – L, that you bring a bottle of wine to share and if your last name starts with M – Z, that you bring an appetizer or sweet treat to share. Bring your lawn chairs, or blankets and come enjoy the day with your neighbors!

During the same time, you’ll also be able to vote for the HOA board members.  Please stop by and cast your vote!

Project 66 Food Pantry

Hi Neighbors! It’s that time of year again when Project 66 Food Pantry prepares over 400Thanksgiving food baskets to be distributed to families in need right here in our community. For the last four years Bella Terra has helped meet those needs by donating some of the items needed. As a neighborhood we have made a big difference and we have the opportunity to do it again this year!

Below is a list of the items needed for this year’s food drive.

Canned Fruit
Canned Sweet Potatoes
Boxed Stuffing
5 lb. bag potatoes
Canned gravy
Canned cranberry sauce
To busy to get to the store, they have a new option this year. By donating $16.10, you can provide a turkey for a family in need. Just visit: hhbc.com/project-66

Wouldn’t it be great if all the baskets were filled from the generosity of our neighborhood!!! If you’re inclined to donate, we are doing things a little different this year. You can either bring items down to the Fall Festival on Saturday, November 5th and place on the designated table or place your items on your front porch and they will be picked up from your door-step on SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 6th between 2pm-3pm and directly donated to Project 66 on the behalf of Bella Terra. Please e-mail me if you need a receipt for your donation and Project 66 will be happy to supply you one.
