The Annual Bella Terra Fall Festival is just around the corner and we are so excited for all the fun we have planned this year! So bring the family down to the playground area next Saturday, November 5th from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. We will have inflatables, pony rides, face painting, games and so much more! We do ask that if your last name starts with A – L, that you bring a bottle of wine to share and if your last name starts with M – Z, that you bring an appetizer or sweet treat to share.
Just a reminder our neighborhood garage sale will be on Saturday, Oct 22nd from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Each participating home will host a garage sale in their own driveway. However, feel free to team up with a neighbor if you wish. We will post signs at both entrances the Monday before as well as post on Next Door and other garage sale websites.
The Bella Terra HOA Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 25th at the neighborhood pool house. The meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 pm and will end at 8:30 pm. The Board will present a recap of the year and discuss new business. Also, we will hold elections for the 5-member Board of Directors. If you wish to be considered for the Board, you must be present at the meeting. Nominations for the Board can be made at the meeting or on any of the Bella Terra social media sites (Facebook or NextDoor).
Furthermore, we will vote on two (2) amendments to the HOA Covenants and Restrictions, as follows:
1. Amend the CCR’s to change the Board of Directors term from one (1) year to a two (2) year term.
2. Amend the CCR’s to eliminate the Developer appointed board member.
As mentioned above, you can nominate yourself or others using this post, NextDoor and/or attending the meeting. A proxy will be sent via mail in case you are unable to attend the meeting.
