QUICK UPDATE (JUNE 3, 2016)

The removal area on Rivanna has been completed. However, they encountered a small issue in that the soil was still too wet to complete the repair. So, they are adding a stabilizing compound that will help dry out the dirt. They will then add the rock and asphalt. Unfortunately, the compound needs 24 hours to dry. Therefore, the area will remain open and unfinished until likely Monday morning. They have built small dirt ramps that will give you homeowners access to your driveways if necessary. They would prefer you stay off the area if possible.

They are now removing the area on Terazza Crossing. They hope to have the base completed, rock added and asphalt poured by tomorrow.

It is planned to start the removal of Veneterra View on Sunday. That should allow the removal to be completed and the base/rock finished and paving started sometime on Monday.

I will keep you update as we go.
